By public transport
By bus from Amersfoort Central Station
Take city bus 1, 2, 3, 4 or 7 and get off at the Stadhuis stop. From there you walk to the museum in approximately 5 minutes.
Walk down Molenstraat, turn left at the T-junction at the end and follow Westsingel. After about 100 metres you will find Museum Flehite on your right, accessible via the bridge over the canal.
Walking from Amersfoort Central Station
From the station you can walk to the museum in about 15 minutes via a flat route.
Walk from Stationsplein towards the city centre via Stationsstraat and Van Asch van Wijckstraat. Cross straight over at Stadsring and follow Molenstraat. Turn left at the end and follow Westsingel. After about 100 metres the museum is on the right.

By car
Please note: the Amersfoort city centre is low-traffic
You can park in the car parks on the edge of the centre. The nearest car parks are:
- Stadhuisplein
- St. Jorisplein
From there you walk to the museum in about 5 to 10 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity of the museum there are only permit holder spaces.
Dropping someone off
Would you like to drop someone off at the door? That is possible. Please contact us at least one hour in advance via 033 – 247 11 09 or send a message to beheer@museumamersfoort.nl and info@museumamersfoort.nl.
Please provide your name, licence plate and arrival time. The museum will arrange a temporary exemption.
Parking with a disabled badge
With a disabled parking badge (GPK) you can park in Amersfoort in all parking zones and on virtually all parking spaces, except in car parks.
Within the municipality of Amersfoort you may also park in permit areas with a GPK and at parking meters and machines without extra charge.
Please note: even with a GPK you need an exemption to drive into the low-traffic city centre. Please contact reception at least one hour in advance via 033 – 247 11 00. Provide your name, licence plate and arrival time, and the museum will arrange a temporary exemption for you. You can also apply for the exemption in advance from the municipality.
