These terms and conditions apply to all visits to and purchases from Museum Amersfoort.

Access and opening hours

Museum Amersfoort is open during our published opening hours. We reserve the right to adjust opening hours without prior notice.

Tickets and payments

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable
  • Purchased tickets are non-refundable, unless the museum is closed on your planned visit date
  • Museumkaart holders have free entry upon presentation of a valid Museumkaart

Code of conduct

Visitors must follow the instructions of staff. The museum reserves the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave in case of:

  • Undesirable or dangerous behaviour
  • Damaging or touching artworks
  • Failure to follow staff instructions

Photography

Photography is permitted for personal use, unless otherwise indicated for a specific exhibition. Commercial photography is not permitted without written permission.

Liability

Museum Amersfoort is not liable for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
