About the exhibition
Carla Kogelman is one of the most acclaimed Dutch documentary photographers working today. In her long-term projects, she immerses herself deeply in the lives of her subjects.
Work and method
Her working method is characterised by a long-term commitment to her subjects. Sometimes she photographs families over the course of years, resulting in a unique eyewitness account that stands the test of time.
This exhibition is part of the Year of Photography and is made possible in part by the Mondriaan Fund.
